Virtual Yoga Sessions for yoga studios
VIRTUAL YOGA SESSIONS FOR YOGA STUDIOS

Virtual privates alongside the studio schedule.

Offer private and semi-private virtual sessions, booked from the same page as your in-studio classes. Stillpoint Video hosts up to three participants; a Zoom or Google Meet link works too.

How yoga studios actually use this

Studios that offer privates online need a video link that just works. In Stillpoint a virtual private is a service at a virtual location: the student books it, gets the link, and joins from a browser. Group classes stay in the studio with capacity limits and a waitlist.

The typical workflow

  1. 1Add a 'Virtual Private' service at your virtual location
  2. 2Student books it from the booking page like any appointment
  3. 3Confirmation and reminder carry the session link
  4. 4Student joins from the link; Stillpoint Video rooms hold up to three participants
  5. 5In-studio classes run on their own series with capacity and waitlist

Concerns we hear most

Can I stream a full class to 30 people?

No. Stillpoint Video is for private and semi-private sessions, up to three participants. Large virtual classes need a streaming tool; you can still put its link on a virtual location.

Frequently asked questions

Can members access recorded classes?

No. Stillpoint does not record sessions or host a class library.

Do virtual attendees count toward class capacity?

Virtual sessions are separate services, so they have their own bookings. In-studio classes have their own capacity.

How do students tell which session is virtual?

The service name and its location say so on the booking page.
