Two ways into a note.
Visits land in Notes to finish on Home when they end, and each note opens on its service's template with a Debrief this visit card. Talk for about a minute after the visit, or record the session itself when your client has agreed.
- Debrief
- Your own voice after the client leaves. Stillpoint doesn't ask for consent here, because only you are recorded.
- Record the session
- Once the client agrees. The consent is saved to their chart with the date, and asked once per client.
- In a video visit
- Press Transcribe once everyone on the call agrees. When the call ends, the transcript drafts the note. Needs video visits as well.

The scribe fills the sections and shows where each line came from: open a section's timestamp to read what was said. Accept the draft, edit it, or regenerate it, then review it before you sign.

- SOAP, DAP, or the sections of a template you built.
- Checked a second time
- A sentence your debrief doesn't support is flagged, for you to remove or keep if you observed it.
- Signed by you, not for you
- Nothing is signed automatically. Signing is its own step, where you certify the note is accurate and complete.

AI Scribe has its own panel under Templates. Write down how your notes should read, and choose how long recordings are kept. US practices accept the BAA in the app before anything is recorded.

- Deleted when the note is signed, or kept 7 or 30 days after recording.
- Where it is processed
- Recordings are stored in the United States and processed there by Microsoft Azure (transcription) and Amazon Bedrock (drafting), under healthcare privacy agreements. They are not used to train AI.
