- Instagram has to be a professional account linked to a Facebook Page. Connect now or later; setup works either way.
- A voice for Clio
- Warm and personal, Calm and clinical, Practical and direct, or Encouraging, and the themes you post about.
- Only what you tick
- Clio reads your services, website, articles, classes, open times and shareable reviews if you let it. Never clinical notes, and it never names a client.
Write once, preview both.
The composer keeps each network's caption, a preview of how the post will look, and where and when it goes. Scheduled posts go out within about five minutes of their time, and the list and calendar show what is coming up.

- Draft with Clio, improve a caption, make it shorter, try another version, or adapt it for each network.
- Photos or a Reel
- Upload images, or one video that publishes as a Reel, with alt text. Or choose from the image library.
- A target, not a rule
- Posts a week for each network and your usual times. The calendar shows where a week is thin.
You decide what waits for a person to read it.
Choose which posts are held until someone approves them: anything Clio wrote on its own, every post, or nothing. You hear by email if a post doesn't go out or an account needs reconnecting.
