No. The free plan requires no payment information. You can also try a paid plan for 14 days without entering a credit card.

Yes. Move between Just Me, Small Team, and Large Practice as your practice changes. Plans are month to month, with no contract or cancellation penalty.

What's the 2% platform fee on the free plan?

The 2% Stillpoint platform fee applies only to Stripe payments processed on the free plan. Paid plans have no Stillpoint platform fee. Standard Stripe processing fees still apply on every plan.
