Is the BAA included?
Yes. US practices accept the BAA in Stillpoint to enter HIPAA mode. Teletherapy Video sessions are covered; a third-party link is covered by that vendor's own agreement.
Can I record sessions?
No. Sessions are not recorded.
What about clients in different states?
Telehealth licensure is your responsibility. Stillpoint provides the video, not multi-state licensing.
