Each service in Stillpoint carries its CPT code and modifier, the visit's diagnosis is picked from the ICD-10 list on the claim, and the claim goes out through Stedi. The note itself is a template you customize: add segments, listing, and soft-tissue sections in the order you chart.
The typical workflow

Do I have to type listings every visit?
Type them once into your template's default text and edit the parts that changed. The AI scribe can also draft the note from dictation between rooms.
Will the note support my documentation requirements?
The template builder is free-form, so you can add the sections your payers expect. Stillpoint does not auto-apply modifiers such as AT; you set the modifier on each service.

Can I bill more than one CPT code on a visit?
Each service carries one CPT code and modifier. Add each billable service to the invoice and the claim lists each line.
Does the note support Gonstead or Activator notation specifically?
There is no chiropractic-specific template out of the box. Build one in the template builder with the listing and technique sections you use, and reuse it on every visit.
Can I use voice-to-text between adjustments?
Yes. The AI scribe records in the admin app and drafts the note for you to review and sign.
