Questions partners ask
Do I need to use Stillpoint to join?
No. Many partners are organizations that don't run a practice at all. If you do practise, you can take your own offer like anyone else in your community.
Who pays for the discount?
We do. Your members pay Stillpoint directly at the reduced rate, and nothing is ever billed to you.
When does a practice count toward my reward?
Once it joined through your page or code and has paid for six months, not counting its free start. Rewards you've earned stay yours, even if a practice leaves later.
How and when are rewards paid?
By bank transfer or cheque, whichever suits you, within 30 days of each reward. Every payment shows in your dashboard with the date it was sent.
How are members verified?
Upload a member list, or members enter their member number when they sign up and we check it. Only verified members keep the member rate.
Can we change the offer later?
Yes. New terms apply to people who join after the change. Anyone who already joined keeps the terms they signed up under.
Can we use rewards for fundraising?
Yes. Rewards are paid to your organization, and partners can put them toward events, scholarships, or member programs.
