Client portal that clients actually use.
A branded portal, no password to remember: clients sign in from an emailed link to book, reschedule, pay invoices, fill intake, message you, and choose how they get reminders.
How massage therapists actually use this
Massage clients want to rebook quickly without redoing intake. The portal remembers them: appointment history, invoices to pay, forms to fill, and their reminder preferences. Sign-in is a magic link by email, so there is no password to reset.
The typical workflow
- 1Client opens the portal from a link in their confirmation email
- 2Books the next visit or reschedules the current one
- 3Pays an open invoice, with a tip if you allow it
- 4Fills the intake form you sent
- 5Sets reminder preferences: SMS, email, or both

Concerns we hear most
Will older clients use the portal?
Many will, because there is no password. Some won't, and that's fine. The portal is optional; clients can keep texting or calling and you book them from the calendar.
Frequently asked questions
Is the portal branded with my logo?
Yes. Paid plans carry your logo and colours into the portal.
Can clients see a gift card balance or package status?
Gift cards, yes. A client sees the cards bought for them or by them on the portal's Billing page, with the code and the remaining balance. Prepaid packages are not a feature today.
Will the portal work on phones?
Yes. It is built for the phone first.
