HSA and FSA reimbursement is the practical use case in most of the US. The superbill from the invoice is what those administrators ask for.
What about Canadian extended health benefits?
Stillpoint generates the insurer receipt clients submit to their plan, with your registration details on it. The TELUS concierge lets Stillpoint submit on your behalf; there is no direct TELUS eClaims API.
Frequently asked questions
Are superbills automatic?
They are generated from any invoice on request, with the service's CPT code and your provider details. Add the diagnosis on the claim if the client's plan requires one.
Can I do motor vehicle accident billing?
There is no dedicated MVA flow. Invoice the insurer or attorney as a client record and issue receipts from the invoice.
What if I'm an RMT in Canada?
Insurer receipts carry the details extended health plans expect. Direct submission to TELUS eClaims is not available; the concierge option is.
