How massage therapists actually use this
Massage practices live or die by the booking flow. Clients want to pick a service, see times, fill intake, pay, and be done. Stillpoint's booking page handles all of it, with the body-diagram intake capturing pain and tension areas before the client walks in.
The typical workflow
- 1Client clicks the booking link from your site, Instagram bio, or Google Business Profile
- 2Picks the service (60-min Swedish, 90-min deep tissue, prenatal) and a time from your live calendar
- 3Enters their details; returning clients are matched to their existing record
- 4Pays a deposit, the full amount, or saves a card on file, depending on your practice's payment setting
- 5Gets an automatic confirmation, then an email or SMS reminder with a confirm button and a reschedule link
- 6Fills the intake form, body diagram included, from the link in the confirmation
Works with what you already use
Common tools massage therapists pair with online booking.
Concerns we hear most
Will body-diagram intake confuse first-time clients?
It's a draw. Clients tap the areas that hurt or feel tight on a body outline and add a note per region. It takes about 30 seconds and you walk in knowing where to start.
What about clients who prefer to text or call?
Online booking complements the phone. Your existing clients can keep texting you and you book them from the calendar in a few clicks. New clients increasingly expect to book online.
Frequently asked questions
Can I require a deposit at booking?
Yes. Choose no payment, a deposit, full payment, or card on file for your practice. Cancellation and no-show fees can be charged to the saved card under your policy.
Can clients add a tip?
Yes. When a client pays an invoice online they can add a tip. It is off by default and you choose the preset amounts.
Does the booking page match my brand?
Yes. Every paid plan includes branded booking pages with your logo and colours, and the page can be embedded in a WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix site. The free plan uses Stillpoint branding.
