Online Booking for personal trainers
ONLINE BOOKING FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS

Online booking for the recurring training schedule.

Lock in Mon/Wed/Fri 6am as a recurring series, keep a card on file, run sessions at more than one gym, and take remote sessions on video. One tool.

How personal trainers actually use this

Trainer booking is mostly recurring. Clients lock in regular slots and keep them for months. Stillpoint's recurring appointment series holds the slot, pauses for a vacation, and resumes on return. New clients book their first session online, and you bill a block of sessions on a single invoice.

The typical workflow

  1. 1Existing client: you set up a weekly series from the calendar once, and it holds the slot
  2. 2Client travels: pause the series and resume it on their return date
  3. 3New client: books a first session online and saves a card on file
  4. 4Multi-location trainer: the client picks the gym or studio and sees that location's times
  5. 5Remote session: the appointment is at a virtual location and the client joins from the link in the reminder
  6. 6Billing: bill a block of sessions on one invoice, or let each completed session auto-invoice

Concerns we hear most

Can recurring slots survive client travel?

Yes. Pause the series from the appointment detail and resume it when they are back. Nothing is rebooked by hand.

Do I have to invoice every single session?

No. Bill a block up front on a single invoice and book each session as usual. If you prefer per-session billing, completed sessions can create their invoice automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell session packages that count down automatically?

Yes. Create a package with the number of sessions it includes, sell it from your booking page or add it at the desk, and each session the client books from their portal comes off the balance. Clients see what is left in the portal, and a late cancellation or no-show uses the session instead of charging a fee.

Do you support multi-location trainers?

Yes. Add each gym or studio as a location and clients choose where to train at booking.

What if a client misses a session?

Set a cancellation window and a no-show fee. With a card on file the fee is charged under your policy, and a no-show follow-up email goes out automatically if you turn it on.
