Managing Your Subscription
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Stillpoint subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect based on your current billing cycle.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Review the available plans and their features
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Confirm the change and enter payment information if needed
- Your new features are available immediately
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan and select a lower-tier plan
- Review which features you'll lose
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
After cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
- Your data is preserved and accessible if you resubscribe
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
Billing Details
- View your billing history and download past receipts
- Update your payment method at any time
- Invoices are sent to your account email at each renewal
Tips
- Review feature differences before downgrading to avoid losing functionality you depend on
- Your data is never deleted when changing plans
