You can change plans any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upgrade
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Review the available plans.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Confirm and enter payment info if needed.
- New features unlock immediately.
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the period.
Downgrade
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Click Change Plan and select the lower tier.
- Review which features you'll lose.
- Confirm.
You keep access to higher-tier features until the end of your current billing period; the downgrade takes effect at renewal.
Cancel
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm.
After cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your paid period.
- Your data is preserved if you decide to come back.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan.
Billing details
- Download past receipts and view billing history.
- Update your payment method any time.
- Invoices are sent to your account email at each renewal.
Tips
- Review feature differences before downgrading; some integrations and clinical features go away on lower tiers.
- Your data is never deleted when you change plans.
- If you're unsure, reach out to support before making a change.
