Stillpoint offers three plans: Free, Solo, and Professional. Every paid plan includes every feature, and Professional adds more practitioners and multiple locations. Practices already on Starter keep it.

- 4 practitioners included, then $8 a month for each additional practitioner. There is no cap.

- Room management for locations.

Practitioners, front desk and archived
Only practitioners who see clients count toward your plan. Set each person's status from their profile in Practitioners, under Status:
- Sees clients. Can be booked, and counts toward your plan.
- Front desk or admin. Doesn't see clients, so they are always free. Online booking turns off for them.
- Archived. No longer at the practice. Free, hidden from booking, and their past appointments and notes keep their name.
Adding or removing practitioners on Professional
Professional includes 4 practitioners who see clients. When you add a 5th or later, Stillpoint shows the extra monthly charge before you confirm, and charges a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period. When you remove one, by archiving them or marking them as front desk or admin, the lower price takes effect from your next invoice.
Add-ons
In addition to the base plan, optional add-ons are billed separately:
- AI Scribe. Per-practitioner add-on for AI-generated clinical notes from dictation or session recordings: $39 USD a month with 25 hours of recording per practitioner (the Subscription page shows your own currency). Hours are pooled across the practice and reset on the 1st, and an owner or admin can add 10 more hours for the month. The owner buys seats and assigns specific practitioners in Settings → Add-ons. Available on any paid plan.
- Teletherapy Video. Built-in HIPAA-eligible video sessions, per practitioner, in two tiers: 3,000 minutes a month for $19.99 USD, or Lite with 600 minutes a month for $6 USD (the Subscription page shows your own currency). Minutes are pooled across the practice and reset on the 1st. See the Teletherapy Video article for how the tiers and top-ups work.

- Solo practitioner getting started: Free or Solo.
- Solo practitioner with a real client load: Solo (encrypted notes, invoicing, SMS, Stedi insurance integration).
- Two or more practitioners: Professional (4 included, then $8 a month each).
Tips
- All paid plans include unlimited client records and unlimited appointments.
- Custom booking-page colors are available starting on Solo, not just Professional.
- AI Scribe doesn't change your base plan; it's a separate per-practitioner add-on.
- Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing.
