Add-ons
In addition to the base plan, optional add-ons are billed separately:
- AI Scribe. Per-practitioner add-on for AI-generated clinical notes from dictation or session recordings. The owner buys seats and assigns specific practitioners in Settings → Add-ons. Available on any paid plan.
Choose a plan
- Solo practitioner getting started: Free or Solo.
- Solo practitioner with a real client load: Solo (encrypted notes, invoicing, SMS, Stedi insurance integration).
- Two to five practitioners: Starter (multi-practitioner, group classes).
- Six or more practitioners, multi-location: Professional.
Tips
- All paid plans include unlimited client records and unlimited appointments.
- Custom booking-page colors are available starting on Solo, not just Professional.
- AI Scribe doesn't change your base plan; it's a separate per-practitioner add-on.
- Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing.
