The booking page is the public-facing page where clients pick a service, choose a time, fill out any required forms, and confirm. Everything they see is configured from one editor in admin.
Set Up Your Booking Page
Updated May 6, 2026
Open the editor
Go to Booking Page in the sidebar. The editor opens with a live preview on the right and the customization controls on the left. Changes you make are saved automatically as drafts, so nothing you tweak goes live until you publish.
Pick a look
- Theme sets the overall palette and visual style. Pick the one closest to your practice's feel; you can fine-tune from there.
- Font pairing controls the headings and body text. The pairings are drawn from Google Fonts and load fast.
- Layout changes how services and practitioners are arranged. Try a few to see what reads cleanly with your content.
- Colors override the theme palette with your own brand colors. Available on Solo, Starter, and Professional plans.
Practice details
Add your practice logo, an optional display name override (useful if your legal name differs from your trade name), and a short description that appears on the booking page header. The logo and display name also flow to your confirmation emails.
Publish
When you're happy with the preview, click Publish. Your page goes live at book.withstillpoint.com/your-slug (where your-slug matches your practice slug from Settings). If you've configured a custom domain, your page is also reachable through that.
Share the link
- Add it to your existing website or social profiles
- Include it in your email signature
- Send it directly to clients who ask "how do I book?"
Tips
- Preview on both desktop and mobile before publishing. Most bookings happen on mobile.
- Make sure you have at least one service and one availability rule set up first, otherwise clients see no available times.
- You can unpublish at any time if you need to make significant changes privately.
