The Apps page is where you see what's connected to your practice and manage authorizations. Stripe Connect, Google Calendar, Outlook, and any other integration you've enabled lives here.
Connected Apps
Updated May 7, 2026
Open the page
Navigate to Apps in the sidebar. You'll see:
- Currently connected apps with status.
- Permissions each app has been granted.
- A Disconnect action to revoke access.
Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect is how you accept online payments. Each practice has its own connected Stripe account, so funds flow into your bank account directly. Connect it from the Apps page or from Settings → Billing.
Google Calendar and Outlook
Calendar OAuth integrations also show up here. Connecting calendar from this page is equivalent to connecting it from Integrations; they go to the same place under the hood.
Webhooks
Webhooks are managed from the Integrations page, not Apps. See Webhooks.
Disconnect an app
- Open Apps.
- Find the connected app.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
Disconnecting revokes the app's access immediately. You'll need to reconnect to start using the integration again.
Tips
- Review connected apps periodically. Disconnect anything you're not actively using.
- Granting an app access should always be a deliberate decision; read the permissions screen before approving.
- If an integration stops behaving, disconnecting and reconnecting often refreshes the authorization tokens.
