Connected Apps

The Apps page lets you browse available integrations, connect third-party services, and manage the apps your practice uses. Extend Stillpoint's functionality by connecting the tools you already rely on.

Browsing the Marketplace

  1. Navigate to Apps in the sidebar
  2. Browse available apps by category or search by name
  3. Click on an app to see its description, features, and permissions
  4. Click Connect to authorize the app

Managing Connected Apps

Once an app is connected, you can manage it from the Apps page:

  • View all currently connected apps and their status
  • See what permissions each app has been granted
  • Disconnect an app to revoke its access to your practice data
  • Review the last sync timestamp for apps that pull or push data

Stripe Connect

Stillpoint uses Stripe Connect for payment processing. From the Apps page you can:

  • Connect your Stripe account to accept online payments
  • View your Stripe connection status
  • Manage your payout settings through the Stripe dashboard link

App Authorization

When you connect an app, you'll see a permissions screen showing exactly what data the app can access. Only grant access to apps you trust, and review connected apps periodically to revoke any you no longer use.

Tips

  • Check the Apps page after your initial setup to see if any integrations would benefit your workflow
  • Disconnect apps you no longer use to keep your practice data secure
  • If an app stops working, try disconnecting and reconnecting it to refresh the authorization
