Keep your Stillpoint calendar in sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, or any iCal-compatible app. External events block off your availability so clients can't double-book you, and Stillpoint appointments appear on your personal calendar so you don't have to flip between two views.
Google, Outlook & iCal Sync
Updated May 7, 2026
Connect Google Calendar
- Open Integrations in the sidebar.
- Click Connect Google Calendar.
- Sign in with your Google account and grant permission.
- Choose which calendar to sync with (personal, work, etc.).
- Click Save.
Connecting Google Calendar also unlocks automatic Google Meet links for virtual locations. See Virtual Locations.
Connect Outlook Calendar
- Open Integrations.
- Click Connect Outlook Calendar.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize access.
- Pick the Outlook calendar to sync with.
- Click Save.
iCal feed
For calendars without OAuth (Apple Calendar, other apps), use the read-only iCal feed:
- Open Integrations.
- Copy your iCal feed URL.
- Add it as a subscription in your calendar app.
- The feed updates automatically. Read-only means Stillpoint events appear in your calendar, but changes have to be made in Stillpoint.
You can configure whether the feed includes client names and service names or only generic "Booked" markers, depending on what your calendar gets shared with.
How sync works
- Creates: new bookings appear on your external calendar.
- Updates: rescheduled appointments update on the external calendar.
- Deletes: cancelled bookings are removed.
- External events block your Stillpoint availability so clients can't book over them.
Tips
- Two-way OAuth sync (Google or Outlook) is the smoothest experience.
- The iCal feed is read-only and best for viewing Stillpoint events in a secondary app.
- If sync seems off, check that your external calendar account is still connected.
