Re-engagement campaigns reach out to clients who haven't visited in a while. You define the threshold, the email, and how it sends; Stillpoint runs it on a schedule.
Re-engagement is gated behind the reengagementCampaigns feature flag.
How a campaign works
- Stillpoint monitors each client's last appointment date.
- When a client crosses the threshold you configured, the campaign activates for them.
- Depending on the send mode, the email is either sent automatically or the client is flagged for you to review.
Create a campaign
- Open Settings → Re-engagement.
- Click New Campaign.
- Fill in:
- Campaign name (your reference label).
- Trigger after (days) since the client's last visit.
- Target segment: At Risk, Lapsed, or Churned. The day-threshold ranges are configurable.
- Send mode: Auto Send (emails go out automatically) or Flag Only (clients are flagged for manual outreach).
Email content
Customize the email each campaign sends:
- Write a subject and body in the editor.
- Insert merge tags:
- {{client_first_name}}
- {{client_last_name}}
- {{practice_name}}
- {{last_visit_date}}
- Toggle Include Booking Link to add a "Book Now" button.
- Use Preview to see how it'll look with sample data.
Manage campaigns
- Toggle campaigns on or off without deleting them.
- Edit threshold, content, or send mode at any time.
- Delete campaigns you no longer need.
- View per-campaign stats: emails sent, clients rebooked, conversion rate.
Summary stats
The top of the page aggregates across all campaigns:
- Emails Sent total.
- Clients Rebooked count.
- Conversion Rate percent of emailed clients who rebooked.
Tips
- Start with one campaign targeting Lapsed clients around 30 days. That's typically the highest-value segment.
- Use Flag Only mode if you want to review each client before reaching out.
- Personalize emails with first name and last visit date for better response rates.
- Avoid overlapping campaigns that target the same clients at similar thresholds.
