Client reviews build trust with prospective clients. Stillpoint helps you collect them after sessions, moderate what's submitted, and display approved reviews on your booking page.
Review collection is available on Solo and above.
How collection works
- After a completed appointment, Stillpoint can automatically send a review request email.
- The client clicks through to a simple star-rating form with optional written feedback.
- The submission lands in your moderation queue.
- You approve or reject it.
Moderate
Open Reviews in the sidebar to manage submissions:
- Approve to publish the review on your booking page.
- Reject if it's spam or inappropriate.
- Respond with a public reply.
- Filter by status (pending, approved, rejected).
Display on the booking page
Control how reviews show up:
- Toggle the reviews section on or off.
- Show overall rating, individual reviews, or both.
- Choose where reviews sit on the page (e.g., below the header).
- Reviews display in reverse-chronological order.
Automate the request
In the email editor's Review Request template, you can set:
- A delay after appointment completion (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours).
- Which services trigger a review request.
- The email content itself.
Tips
- Respond to reviews promptly. It signals you're attentive to prospective clients reading them.
- A steady stream of recent reviews is more persuasive than a single big batch.
- Don't be afraid of the occasional less-than-perfect review. A perfect-score-only feed reads as suspicious.
