Reviews & Reputation

Client reviews build trust and help new clients choose your practice. Stillpoint provides tools to collect reviews, moderate them, and display them on your booking page.

How Review Collection Works

  1. After a completed appointment, Stillpoint can automatically send a review request email
  2. The client clicks through to a simple review form
  3. They leave a star rating and optional written feedback
  4. The review appears in your moderation queue for approval

Moderation

Navigate to Reviews in the sidebar to manage submissions:

  • Approve a review to publish it on your booking page
  • Reject a review if it contains inappropriate content
  • Respond to a review with a public reply that clients can see
  • View all reviews filtered by status (pending, approved, rejected)

Display Settings

Control how reviews appear on your booking page:

  • Toggle the reviews section on or off
  • Choose to display the overall rating, individual reviews, or both
  • Set a minimum rating threshold for auto-publishing (optional)
  • Reviews are displayed in reverse chronological order by default

Automated Review Requests

Configure automatic review request emails:

  • Set the delay after appointment completion (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours)
  • Choose which services trigger a review request
  • Customize the email content using the email editor

Tips

  • Respond to reviews promptly -- it shows potential clients you're engaged and attentive
  • A steady stream of recent reviews is more persuasive than a large batch of old ones
  • Don't be afraid of the occasional less-than-perfect review -- it adds authenticity
