Teletherapy Video runs your virtual appointments inside Stillpoint. Each appointment gets its own private, HIPAA-eligible room; you and your client join from a browser with nothing to install, and the link goes out in the confirmation, the reminders and the client portal.
It is a per-practitioner add-on. The owner turns it on in Settings → Subscription and assigns the practitioners who host video sessions.

Prices are in US dollars. If your practice is billed in another currency, the Subscription page shows your price before you enable anything.
Both tiers are the same product. Choose by how much video each practitioner actually runs: Lite suits someone with a handful of virtual sessions a month; the full tier suits a mostly virtual caseload.
How minutes work
- Minutes are pooled across the practice. Every assigned practitioner adds their tier's allotment to one practice balance, and every session draws from it. A practice with one practitioner on the full tier and two on Lite has 4,200 minutes a month to share.
- The balance resets on the 1st. Unused minutes do not carry over, and neither do unused top-up minutes.
- A session minute counts once per session, however many people are in the room.
- Running low? Buy a 1,500-minute top-up ($9.99 USD) from the add-on panel. The top-up lands immediately and expires with the rest of the balance at the end of the month.
- Out of minutes? New sessions cannot start until you top up or the month resets. A session already in progress is never cut off.
One tier per practitioner
A practitioner can be on either tier, not both. On each tier's panel, anyone who already holds a seat on the other tier shows as locked with the reason. To move someone from Lite to the full tier (or back), remove them from the tier they are on, save, then add them to the other one.
You can mix tiers across your team freely.
Turning it on
- Open Settings → Subscription and pick Teletherapy Video or Teletherapy Video Lite.
- Assign the practitioners who will host video sessions and click Enable.
- Set your virtual location to Stillpoint Video under Locations. When every practitioner is covered, Stillpoint switches your virtual locations for you.
Seats bill immediately. On a paid plan, a seat added part-way through your billing cycle is charged only for the days left until your next renewal. If your practice has no paid plan, the first add-on you enable starts a monthly add-on subscription on that day, and any add-on you enable later joins it, prorated to the same renewal date. Each assigned practitioner gets an email telling them video is live on their account.
What clients see
Clients get a Join link in their confirmation and reminder emails and in the client portal. They land in a green room to test camera and microphone, then wait in the lobby until you start the session. Each session holds up to three participants: you and two others.
