Settings is where the foundational details about your practice live: name, contact info, timezone, address. This information flows through to your booking page, website, invoices, and emails.

Settings tabs
The Settings page is organized into tabs:
- General. Practice name, slug, contact email, phone, timezone, country, currency, address, description, logo, practice type.
- Billing. Stripe Connect, invoice defaults, tax rates, payment terms.
- Online. Booking page URLs, cancellation fees, no-show follow-up, consultation requirements, auto-complete delay.
- Notifications. Email and SMS preferences for clients and practitioners.
- Security. Two-factor authentication and password.
- Add-ons. Manage AI Scribe and other paid add-ons.
- Account. Personal account, password, account deletion.
Compliance, integrations, perks, apps, and import each get their own dedicated page in the sidebar.
Practice information
- Practice name. Shown on your booking page, website, invoices, and emails.
- Practice slug. The URL-friendly version of your name used in the booking URL (e.g.,
book.withstillpoint.com/your-slug). - Contact email. Where clients can reach you and where system notifications are sent.
- Phone. Shown on your website and booking page.
Location and time
- Timezone. Sets the timezone for the calendar, appointments, and notifications.
- Country and currency. Influence date formatting, billing, and which integrations are available.
- Address. Shown on your website and on invoices.
Update settings
- Open Settings.
- Pick the right tab.
- Edit the field.
- Click Save.
Tips
- Set your timezone before scheduling any appointments. Changing it later shifts every appointment time on the calendar.
- Keep your contact email current; it's where important system notifications land.
- The practice slug is hard to change later. Choose carefully when you set it up.
