Practice Settings

The Practice Settings page is where you manage the core details about your practice. These settings affect how your practice appears to clients and how Stillpoint operates for your team.

Practice Information

  • Practice name -- Displayed on your booking page, website, invoices, and communications
  • Practice slug -- The URL-friendly version of your name (e.g., yourpractice.stillpoint.app)
  • Contact email -- Where clients can reach you and where system notifications are sent
  • Phone number -- Displayed on your website and booking page

Location & Time

  • Timezone -- Sets the timezone for your calendar, appointments, and notifications
  • Address -- Your practice location, shown on your website and invoices

Updating Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Edit any field you want to change
  3. Click Save to apply your changes

What These Settings Affect

  • Your booking page displays the practice name and contact info
  • Your website uses the practice name, address, and phone number
  • Appointment notifications use your timezone for accurate scheduling
  • Invoices include your practice name and address

Tips

  • Set your timezone correctly before scheduling any appointments to avoid confusion
  • Keep your contact email current so you receive important notifications
  • Your practice slug can only be changed once, so choose carefully
  • If you move locations, update your address to keep your website and invoices accurate
