Wellness Perks

Wellness Perks gives practitioners and their clients free premium access to Sisu and Mello, Stillpoint's first-party wellness apps. The program is included on every paid plan.

What's included

• Sisu. A wellness app with cold plunge, sauna, meditation, and breathing protocols.
• Mello. A visual session timer with a discrete color-progression mode useful for therapy and bodywork.

Both are first-party Stillpoint apps, not third-party partners.

Your personal wellness code

Generate a code for yourself to unlock premium features in both apps:

1. Open Settings → Perks.
2. Click Generate Code.
3. Copy the code and enter it in the Settings screen of Sisu or Mello.
4. Your redemption status shows on the perks page.

Client codes

Promo codes are generated automatically for new clients when they sign up through your booking page. You can also generate one manually from any client's detail page.

Track usage from the perks dashboard:

• Codes Issued total.
• Redemptions count of clients who actually redeemed.

How clients redeem

Clients receive their promo code in their welcome email or booking confirmation. They download Sisu or Mello, open Settings, and enter the code to unlock premium features at no cost.

Plan requirement

Wellness Perks requires a paid Stillpoint plan (Solo, Starter, or Professional). Free-plan practices see an upgrade prompt before they can generate codes.

Tips

• Mention the perk when onboarding new clients. It adds tangible value to working with you.
• Both apps run on iOS and Android, so any client can participate.
• Check the dashboard occasionally to see which codes are being redeemed; it's a useful proxy for client engagement.
