The Clients page is the directory of everyone your practice works with. Open it to look someone up, scan recent activity, or add a new client by hand.
Clients Overview
Updated May 7, 2026
What you'll see
- A paginated list of clients with name, email, phone, and next upcoming appointment.
- A search bar that matches by name, email, or phone.
- Status filters for active, inactive, and (on plans with re-engagement) at-risk, lapsed, or churned segments.
- An Add Client action in the top-right.
Day-to-day actions
- Click any row to open the full client profile.
- Use the search bar for partial-match lookups (typing "sam" matches Samantha and Samuel both).
- Sort by last visit or date added to find recent additions.
- Export the filtered list to CSV from the actions menu.
Where clients come from
- Self-service bookings on your published booking page automatically create client records.
- You can add clients manually for walk-ins, phone bookings, or migrating an existing list. See Add a Client.
- A bulk CSV import is available when the practice importer is enabled. See Data Import.
Tips
- Inactive clients are hidden by default. Switch the status filter to see them.
- If a client books online with the same email later, their records are linked automatically; you don't end up with duplicates.
- The global ⌘K palette also searches clients, often the fastest way to jump to a specific record.
