The full analytics dashboard is at Reports. Solo plan and above. Five tabs, each focused on one thing.
Analytics Overview

The five tabs
Overview
Active clients, new clients, appointment volume, total revenue, collected revenue, and cancellation rate for the selected period.
Clients
New vs returning split, client growth curve, and your top clients by spend.
Bookings
Booking volume over time, busiest services, and your no-show rate.
Revenue
Revenue invoiced vs collected, revenue by service, and a month-over-month chart.
Practitioners
Per-practitioner booking and revenue breakdowns. Useful for multi-practitioner practices comparing workload or output.
Date ranges
Each tab supports the same date range options:
- All time
- Last 1, 3, or 6 months
- Custom range with a date picker
The selected range applies across the whole tab. Switching tabs preserves the range.
What's also on the dashboard
The dashboard surfaces a quick KPI row, sparklines, and a weekly comparison card pulled from this same data. Use the dashboard for a daily glance and the full analytics page when you actually need to dig in.
Tips
- The cancellation rate on the Overview tab is the metric most worth watching weekly. A creeping rate often signals a reminder cadence problem or a client mix issue.
- The Bookings tab's "busiest services" view tells you which offerings are pulling weight, useful when you're deciding what to expand or sunset.
- The Revenue tab's invoiced vs collected gap is your accounts-receivable signal. A widening gap means it's time to chase invoices.
