Analytics Overview
The Analytics page gives you a high-level view of how your practice is performing. Use it to track growth, spot trends, and make informed decisions.
Key metrics
- Revenue -- Total revenue collected over a selected time period, with a comparison to the previous period so you can see growth or decline.
- Appointments -- The number of completed, cancelled, and no-show appointments. Tracking cancellation and no-show rates helps you identify patterns.
- New clients -- How many new clients booked with you during the period. A useful indicator of practice growth.
- Utilization rate -- The percentage of your available hours that were booked. This helps you understand whether you have capacity for more clients or need to expand your availability.
