The dashboard is the page you land on every time you open Stillpoint. It's organized to surface what needs your attention first and let everything else fade into the background.
Dashboard Overview

What's on it
Greeting and snapshot
A personalized greeting at the top with a one-line read on the practice's last 30 days: revenue collected, appointments completed, and new clients added.
Sparklines
Small trend charts for appointments, clients, and revenue. Glance at them to see whether the line is going up, flat, or down. Available on Solo and above.
Today's schedule
A timeline of your appointments for the current day, with client names, services, and times. Click any block to open the appointment detail panel.
Todo card
The dashboard's attention surface. Anything that needs you (unconfirmed bookings, overdue invoices, sessions missing notes, intake forms awaiting review, scheduling gaps the waitlist could fill) shows up here as a single, prioritized list.
AI suggestions (Clio)
A context-aware card from Clio that proposes the most useful next action based on the state of your practice. Things like "wrap today's sessions" if there are unwritten notes, or "draft a description for these new services."
Recent activity
A live feed of bookings, cancellations, payments, and notes. Useful for catching changes you missed.
Setup checklist
Shows automatically while your practice is still being set up. Disappears once you've finished the core onboarding steps.
Day-to-day flow
A typical morning: scan the greeting and sparklines for the trend, glance at today's schedule, work through the todo card. The Clio suggestion is the catch-all for anything else.
Tips
- The todo card is the right place to start each day. If it's empty, you're caught up.
- Sparklines are most useful as a sanity check. If the appointments line is dropping, dig into the analytics tab for detail.
- The recent activity feed updates in real time, so a partner or admin can see new bookings without refreshing.
