Setup Checklist
The setup checklist appears on your dashboard when your practice is new. It guides you through each step needed to get fully operational on Stillpoint.
Checklist items
The checklist typically includes:
- Complete your practice profile -- Add your practice name, address, and contact information.
- Add a service -- Create at least one bookable service with a name, duration, and price.
- Set your availability -- Define your regular working hours so clients can book during those times.
- Customize your booking page -- Choose a theme and preview how your booking page looks.
- Publish your booking page -- Make your booking page live so clients can start booking.
- Book your first appointment -- Create a booking manually or receive one through your booking page.
How it works
- Each item shows a checkbox that fills in automatically when the step is completed
- Click on any item to jump directly to the relevant page
- Your overall progress is shown as a percentage at the top of the checklist
When does it go away?
The checklist disappears from your dashboard once every item is marked complete. If you need to revisit any of these setup steps later, you can always find them through the sidebar navigation.
Tips
- You don't have to complete the items in order, but the suggested sequence helps you avoid missing prerequisites
- Publishing your booking page works best after you've added services and availability
