If your website or public booking page already lists your services and team, you can use that information to get started in Stillpoint. You review what was found before importing it. The video uses Riverstone, a fictional multidisciplinary practice.
Read your page
- Open Import and choose the website or booking-page option, or select Bring your practice over in the setup guide.
- Paste the public URL of your website or booking page.
- Confirm that you own the content and have permission to use it.
- Select Read my page.
Use a page that describes your own practice. A page behind a sign-in may not have public information the importer can read.
Review and import
Check the services, durations and prices. Review matches with any starter services already in Stillpoint. Then check the team members and who should be available for online booking.
Import the selection when it is ready. The completion screen summarizes the changes, including services added or updated and team members added. Review this summary before moving on.
Check your booking setup
Review your service details, team and working hours. Enable online booking for the services you want clients to book, then check the public catalogue from a client's point of view.
Bringing client records too
This tool imports public practice information. It does not bring over private client records or appointment history. Use the separate Data Import tools for those records.
