Book Your First Client
This guide walks you through creating your first appointment on Stillpoint, whether you're booking on behalf of a client or they're booking themselves.
Option 1: Create a booking manually
- Go to the Calendar page and click New Booking (or click directly on a time slot).
- Select the client. If the client doesn't exist yet, you can create them inline by entering their name and contact details.
- Choose a service from your list of configured services.
- Pick a date and time that falls within your availability.
- Add any optional notes, then click Create Booking.
The appointment appears on your calendar immediately, and the client receives a confirmation notification via email (and SMS if enabled).
Option 2: Let the client self-book
- Share your booking page link with the client.
- The client selects a service, chooses a practitioner (if applicable), picks an available time, and fills in their details.
- Once they confirm, the appointment shows up on your calendar automatically.
After the booking
- View the appointment details by clicking on it in the calendar
- Add session notes from the appointment detail view
- Generate an invoice if needed
What if something goes wrong?
You can reschedule or cancel any booking from the calendar. The client is notified automatically when changes are made.
