The Calendar is where every appointment in your practice lives. Open it to see what's happening today, jump ahead to next month, or find a slot for a new booking.
Calendar Overview
Updated May 7, 2026
Views
- Day view is a detailed timeline of one day. Each appointment shows the client name, service, and time.
- Week view is the everyday default. It's the best read on whether your week looks balanced or back-to-back.
- Month view is a high-level read with appointment counts per day. Click any date to drill in.
Navigating
- The arrow buttons step forward or back by day, week, or month depending on the active view.
- Today jumps you back to the current date.
- In month view, clicking a date drills into the day view for that date.
Color coding
Appointments are color-coded by practitioner so multi-practitioner days are easy to scan. The status of each appointment (scheduled, completed, cancelled, no-show) is shown on the appointment block itself, with cancelled bookings styled to fade into the background.
Quick actions
- Click an empty time slot to create a new booking at that time.
- Click an existing appointment to open its detail panel for notes, rescheduling, or fees.
- Drag an appointment to a new time to reschedule. The client gets an updated confirmation.
Tips
- Week view is the daily-driver. Day view is for when you actually need to look at gaps closely.
- Your availability is shown as a soft background highlight, so it's obvious when a booking falls outside your normal hours.
- Cancelled appointments stay visible (faded) so you keep a complete history.
