Frequently asked questions
Do you support multiple class types in one studio?
Yes. Each class type (yoga, HIIT, barre, spin, etc.) is a separate service with its own duration, capacity, and pricing.
Can I handle instructor substitutions?
Yes. Sub coverage is built in — when an instructor's class needs a sub, the system swaps the instructor on the booked class and notifies attendees if you choose.
Do you charge per class booking?
No. Stillpoint plans are flat monthly with all features included — class bookings, waitlists, drop-ins are not metered.
