Availability rules are your regular schedule, the hours you work week in and week out. Create one or many; they repeat automatically until you change them.
Set Your Weekly Schedule
Updated May 7, 2026
Create a rule
- Open Availability in the sidebar.
- Click Add Rule.
- Pick the days of the week the rule applies to.
- Set the start and end time.
- Pick the practitioner the rule applies to.
- Optionally scope the rule to a specific location or set of services.
- Optionally set the rule to repeat every week, odd weeks only, or even weeks only.
- Click Save.
Common setups
- Standard work week. One rule for Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Lunch break. Two rules for the same days (e.g., 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM) so clients can't book over lunch.
- Weekend hours. A separate rule for Saturday mornings.
- Alternate weeks. Two rules with the same days and times but different parities, so you work different shifts on odd vs. even weeks.
Templates
If you have a schedule pattern you reuse across multiple practitioners (everyone works 9 to 5 Monday through Thursday), save it once as a template and apply it to other practitioners in one click.
Edit and delete
- Click any rule to change its days, times, practitioner, or scoping.
- Deleting a rule has no effect on past bookings. Future bookings just stop accepting that time window.
- New rules take effect immediately on your booking page.
Things to keep in mind
- Buffer time between appointments is configured per-service, not in the availability rules. See Services Overview.
- If two rules overlap for the same practitioner, clients see one continuous available block.
- If you operate from multiple locations, scope each rule to the location it applies to so clients booking that location see only the right hours.
