The Practitioners page is for managing the public-facing side of your team: profiles, photos, bios, services they offer, and availability. The Team page handles access and roles; this one handles the practitioner profile shown on your booking page.
Practitioners

What's on the page
- Each practitioner with name, email, photo, and status.
- The services they're assigned to deliver.
- A quick view of their availability (and whether they have any rules set up).
Roles
For role and access control, see Team Management. Stillpoint has four roles: Owner, Admin, Scheduler, and Practitioner. The Practitioners page focuses on profile data, not access.
What you'll set up here
- Profile photo clients see when booking.
- Bio shown on your booking page and website.
- Services assigned to this practitioner.
- Availability rules and overrides; see Availability Overview.
- Locations they work at, in multi-location practices; see Practitioner-Location Assignments.
Day-to-day
- Click a practitioner to open or edit their profile.
- Update service assignments to control who shows up for each offering on the booking page.
- Deactivate practitioners who have left. Their historical records (appointments, notes, invoices) are preserved.
Tips
- Keep bios and photos current. They're the trust signal on your booking page.
- Assign services carefully so the booking page doesn't surface practitioners who don't actually offer that service.
- For new practitioners, set up availability and service assignments before sharing their booking link publicly.
