Your Practice Team
The Practitioners page shows everyone on your team, their roles, and the services they provide. This is where you manage who can access your practice and what they're able to do.
What You'll See
- Practitioner list with name, email, and status
- Service assignments showing which services each practitioner offers
Roles
Stillpoint supports the following roles:
- Owner -- Full access to all practice settings, billing, and team management
- Admin -- Can manage appointments, clients, and most settings
- Practitioner -- Can view their own schedule, manage their clients, and write notes
Managing Practitioners
- Click any practitioner to view or edit their profile
- Update service assignments to control which services they offer
- Change roles as your team's responsibilities evolve
- Deactivate practitioners who have left your practice (their historical records are preserved)
Availability
Each practitioner sets their own availability schedule, which determines when clients can book with them. Availability is managed from the practitioner's profile or the Availability page.
Tips
- Keep practitioner profiles up to date so clients see accurate information on your booking page
- Assign services carefully to ensure the right team members appear for each offering
- Use role-based access to protect sensitive practice data
